When you become an Accredited Consultant in Real Estate (ACRE®) and learn to apply your skills through our comprehensive Graduate Coaching Program, you will gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to charge fees, an hourly rate, for the services and counsel you may have given away in the past. Consumers often pay fees to companies that charge for website exposure and marketing signs, but little else. Those companies will no longer be valid competition when you have the ACRE® designation.
