Unlike many programs that offers education to real estate agents, ACRE® is designed, implemented and coached by real estate agents. We practice what we preach. Here's what you get for the $499 course fee:

• 12 months of coaching on the Graduate Coaching Exchange, a learning community of like minded professionals facilitated by practioners (private for graduates only)
• Participation in teleseminars for active graduates
• Logo pack for your website, business cards and publications
• Free subscription to the ACRE® Alert newsletter
• Free profile page on The Consulting Times :: Locate an ACRE® with a consumer friendly search facility using an interactive Google Map (under development)
• Free home page exposure on The Consulting Times under Testimonials if you choose to submit one (you will be listed in the Testimonials section of The Consulting Times and randomly displayed on the home page)

Participation in the Coaching Exchange provides graduates with numerous documents that are free to use. These include:

• Postcard series for mailings
• Sample needs assessments
• Various Power Point presentations
• Brochure samples
• Ad samples
• Sample sphere letters
• Sample press release

Optional services:

• Annual renewal of the coaching program after the first year (currently priced at $100)
• SmartPlan™ with 2 hours of personal instruction (currently priced at $350 for license to 1 agent)
• Personalized ACRE® web page using Mollie's My Real Estate Consultants content (currently priced at $200)
• One on one coaching from a member of the ACRE® Council (price varies depending on coach and quantity)

The course and exam will not take long at all. Most can study the workbook and take the test in just a few short hours. When you pass the test you will be automatically enrolled in the coaching program and can start learning the nuts and bolts of implementation immediately.
