A word from the ACRE Council LLC

For your protection and ours, we must ask you to abide by the following Terms of Service. These are not intended to restrict you in any way from actively engaging in real estate consulting using the tools, methods and/or processes gained through the course materials and/or the Coaching Exchange. They are simply meant to establish the proprietary nature of the valuable resources provided to you as an ACRE® graduate.

Terms of Service

We have indicated below several prominent sections that are willingly understood and agreed to, upon entering into agreement with any and all aspects of the following: the ACRE® website, the Graduate Coaching Exchange, and all other pertinent and applicable materials, literature, and products.

In addition, the governing body, the ACRE Council LLC, is committed to protecting your privacy on the website, the Exchange, and all other services. We have strict management guidelines regarding privacy and the maintenance of confidential information. We do not share private and confidential information with third parties, and all information received by us is strictly used internally to give you more of a personalized experience and service. It is our intent to create a cohesive environment to exchange and share ideas and information.

All credit card information and related names, emails, addresses, and such, are maintained and transmitted on our site in an encrypted format for your protection. By using any of the services, products, or information related to the ACRE® website and the Graduate Coaching Exchange, you consent to adhere to these Terms of Service herein.

Sign In:
Each time you sign in, you agree to abide by the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or delete information, and these Terms of Service are subject to change at our sole discretion without notification. Please refer to them on occasion to stay current with any and all possible changes.

Copyright and Use of Materials
No part of this Website (aka Exchange) may be used, reproduced, or transmitted in any form or by any means electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, or any information storage or retrieval system, without permission in writing from the ACRE Council LLC.

Exceptions: As a part of the online course and participation in the Exchange, there are available resources for ACRE® graduates, such as the use of the ACRE® logo pack to display the ACRE® logo on an ACRE® Graduate's business website, and resource products, such as the Seller Needs Analysis form. Any and all information contributed by ACRE™ Graduates is intended to be shared and used exclusively by the collective ACRE™ Graduate participants. The ACRE Council LLC assumes no responsibility for information contributed by ACRE™ Graduates disseminated to non-Graduate participants by users of the Exchange.

Using the Designation: In addition, when including the ACRE® designation in your signature line, please utilize the following example, paying special attention to spelling out the acronym and YOU MUST use the ® trademark as shown:

Spam and Blatant Advertising Verbiage:
It is our intent and purpose to make this a "Spam-Free" Exchange. In other words, a blatant attempt at advertising is a pure disregard of these Terms and will not be tolerated. It is at our sole discretion if a violation has occurred, and there will be no monetary rebate or refund for any violation of this policy.

Please note that it is permissible to have other designations, credentials, and ventures in your signature line, but we will not tolerate in any form an attempt to highlight these as a purpose for advertising.

Agree to Not Share Username and Password to Non- ACRE® Graduates It is strictly forbidden to give your username or password to enable non- ACRE® graduates to participate in the Exchange. If we find that this has occurred, the wrongful party will be given a single warning. If it occurs again, that ACRE® graduate will be banned from the Exchange and all future participation, and there will not be a monetary rebate or refund given.

Additionally, there will be no distribution of ACRE® materials, literature, and resources to non- ACRE® graduates, due to the proprietary and confidential nature of these aforementioned materials.

Legal Compliance:
As real estate laws and regulation vary State by State, it is the sole responsibility of the ACRE® graduate to verify that they are in compliance with these laws and regulations. Such example is use of the word "consultant;" where, for example, in the State of Pennsylvania, only a broker may use this term.

By becoming an ACRE® and participating in the Exchange, the ACRE® graduate agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ACRE Council LLC and all related parties from any and all losses, liabilities, penalties, damages, actions, suits, proceedings, settlements, and/or judgments arising out of or related to any alleged or actual infringement or other third-party claims arising from or related to the breach of these Terms of Service.
