And today, thanks to the "information superhighway", there's so much information (and MIS-information) available, how do you know what's true! Even worse, knowing what is true doesn't always translate into knowing what's pertinent to your particular needs! What the consumer needs most in this market is someone who has the information, knows how to interpret it, and how to apply it in that consumer's best interest. That comes with training, and, most of all, with experience.
