The book explains to home buyers how to work best with a Realtor®, why using a buyer agent works to their benefit, and explains the home buying process. As of January, 2008, 37 additional editions are either in print or in the publishing process, with a Realtor® in each state co-authoring. The Realtor® co-author in each state is responsible for rewriting the chapter on state laws and having it reviewed and approved by a real estate attorney.

Get the Best Deal When Selling Your Home

Takes potential home sellers through the process of preparing their home for sale and explains how to get the best price when selling. As of January, 2008, 58 additional editions (by market) are in print or in the publishing process.
