Carole had been a full time Realtor since 1994. Within a few years, she began operating her business in a consulting model, and built a strong referral based business. Always feeling there was a "missing piece" to the business model she embraced, it did not become apparent until completing the ACRE program in 2007. The missing piece turned out to be the total transparency activity based pricing provides to the consumer.

No longer is the consumer required to suffer the "square peg, round hole" syndrome. This occurs when the only choice is all or nothing. After all, how would you feel if your tax accountant billed you a percentage of your gross annual earnings, rather than a flat or hourly fee, to prepare your income tax return? These are essentially the terms the real estate industry has offered homeowners for nearly a hundred years.

Now Carole Helwig and Associates can design a personally tailored plan for you that revolves around the services you need and want. That may end up being the traditional real estate commission model, or the hourly consulting fee or a fee determined by the specific menu of activities you chose.  The main focus here is CHOICE. What a refreshing change!

Carole has proudly been affiliated with Keller Williams Realty since 2002 and services Central Massachusetts. She is also a certified trainer for Keller Williams Realty, New England region, served on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) from 2003-2007 and is an active mentor to agents in her office.
