I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Evansville, Newburgh, Chandler, Boonville, Mt. Vernon, Darmstadt, New Harmony, and other Southwestern Indiana areas. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with respect to financing, contracts, negotiation, marketing, and inspections. Personal
I'm an Evansville resident having been born and raised in the local area. After graduating from USI with a Masters in Business Administration, I first became a licensed Realtor in 1992, and earned my Broker License in 1993. I hold a Bachelor and Master of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Evansville, am active in Toastmasters International, and am an avid bowler. My sons are Brian, married to Sarah, parents of Grandson Luke; and Bill, married to Jenny. I live in a 125 year old Victorian home with my husband and 2 pampered canines.
