Having an experienced representative is very important in a Real Estate transaction today. With over 31 years of housing experience from building homes to running a brokerage Joe is someone who has experienced many, many real estate situations.
There are many teams and Realtors to choose from in our Business today, before making that final decision it is important to interview and meet Joe.
Real Estate is a passion of mine, I have enjoyed being a sales professional, a sales manager, Designated Broker and Owner of a brokerage. Some of the designation that I hold are a CRB (Certified Real Estate Broker) and is a current Board member at the Masterbuilders Association of Tacoma/Pierce County, I also hold a CSP designation (Certified New Homes Sales Professional) and am Licensed Contractor. In 1995 to 1999 I served on the Pierce County Planning commission during the implementation of the growth management act. Am a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service and a member of the Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors.
