Hello from the Valley of the Sun...a great place to live and work!

Looking for someone to provide trusted guidance, to consult with and to assist you in buying and/or selling real estate in the greater Phoenix metro? As the broker/owner of Halcyon Realty Group, I am a full time professional who really enjoys working in this industry and have been helping people buy and sell property here since 2003. I serve both Buyers and Sellers including Investors, Second Home Buyers, First time Home Buyers, For Sale by Owners (FSBOs) and small Business owners with their Real Estate needs. I offer consulting services that you can pay for by the hour, flat fee or traditional commission.

I also provide peace of mind to clients by keeping up to date and competent with the latest real estate regulations, industry and community news and trends, as well as the local real estate market status and then I share that information with you.

Prosperity: According to Webster's Dictionary Prosperity means economic well being. I'm looking after your Prosperity in this sense whether I represent you as a Buyer or a Seller; I will negotiate the best possible deal on your behalf including price, terms and conditions. I work to deliver the best value for your money providing choices on services so you pay for what you need based on your unique situation. Because I offer transparent fees, you will know exactly what you are paying for and how much it will cost.

Golden: My mission is to provide a Golden experience(favorable and advantageous) to my clients. This means delivering service that you would come back for and that you get excited to tell your family and friends about and to refer me to others. I operate by the Golden Rule: treat my clients the way I would want to be treated which begins with listening and understanding your needs.
