When it comes to real estate sales, it's all about you, the buyer or the seller, which is why I have built my real estate practice around the consulting model.As a full time REALTOR, I have been helping buyers and sellers realize their dream of home ownership since 1994. My focus has always been the wants and needs of my clients. Buying and selling real estate is the single largest financial transaction that an individual will do in their lifetime.
Having a REALTOR, who understands the process and serves as a consultant with only your best interests at heart, is the key to a successful and hopefully stress free experience. Having earned my ACRE designation, I have expanded my practice to include fee for services as well as the traditional real estate model to provide my clients with options. This allows me to give them what they want and need without sacrificing service and quality.
