I entered the real estate field in 2004. Since that time I have continued to educate myself and earn many designations including the ACRE. I work residential and commercial but find the residential most rewarding. Currently I supervise the Residential Division of our company and train all new agents. Being in Bristol, VA provides a unique opportunity as I am licensed in both Tennessee and Virginia (Bristol is a split city). Outside of real estate I am a freelance designer.

Real estate consulting is my specialty as I introduced the first "activity based pricing" models in the industry called SmartPlan™. Clients are overwhelmingly appreciative of the transparency provided by these innovative models. I am now providing SmartPlan™ to real estate agents across North America in an effort to help transform the industry to a more transparent, logical way of doing business.

In addition to SmartPlan™ I provide Website design/build services to enhance business marketing as well as management consulting focused on lowering operating cost through the implementation of more efficient business processes coupled with appropriate business technology.
