        Carole had been a full time Realtor since 1994.  Over the years, her referral based business has caused her to expand her geographic territory to cover areas as far north as Wilmington and as far south as Hopedale.  Her main area of concentration is Central Massachusetts between the belts of I-190 and I-495, as far north as Westford, and far south as Grafton.

Carole has always believed the adage &quot;knowledge is power&quot; allows her to better serve her clients.  You will often receive a message from Carole &quot;I will return calls as my class schedule allows&quot;.  That can mean a 2 hour webinar or a 2 day advanced course.  Prior to earning her ACRE (Accredited Consultant in Real Estate) in 2007, she also completed advanced course work to earn designations as CBR (Certified Buyer Representative), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), e-Pro,(Certification for Internet Professionalism)  and CRS (Council for Residential Specialists). 
        Carole has proudly been affiliated with Keller Williams Realty since 2002.  She is also a certified trainer for Keller Williams Realty, New England region, served on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) from 2003-2007 and is an active mentor to agents in her office. 

Carole was born and raised in eastern Ohio.  After college she headed west for a year of fun working the resort circuit.   It was at her second stop she met co-worker, and future husband, Noel.  They moved to West Virginia for Carole to attend graduate school, then to Noel&apos;s native New Jersey before accepting a job transfer that landed them in Massachusetts in 1982.  Noel and Carole live in the charming Central Massachusetts town of Sterling with their twin sons, Parker and Evan.   

Carole holds a Bachelor of Science from Bowling Green State University in speech pathology and audiology and attended Marshall University in Huntington, WV before determining that this field of study was not her path.

With sons college bound next year, Carole and one of her sons were discussing majors, and more importantly, passions.  Part of the discussion was the fact that so many people are unhappy with their jobs.  Evan said, &quot;But you really seem to like what you do&quot;.  It was with a huge smile that I was able to best describe my passion for my chosen field, &quot;I LOVE what I do.  How lucky am I?&quot;
