            <description><![CDATA[<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; margin-left: 0px; padding: 0px;">Not so many years ago, buyers were awarded the opportunity to have equal representation in the home buying process as sellers. This transformed the real estate industry and the home buying and selling process. Strangely, what didn't change at the same time was how agents were paid - only contingent on a sale, and it's paid by the Buyer through the purchase price of a home but the amount is negotiated by the Seller and their Broker and Agent. Usually, the higher the purchase price, the more the buyer pays for their representation and the representation of the Seller.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; margin-left: 0px; padding: 0px;">Today, we can now offer both buyers and sellers another&nbsp;<em>new choice</em>&nbsp;in Real Estate Services.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; margin-left: 0px; padding: 0px;">As an <strong>Accredited Consultant in Real Estate&reg;</strong>, we have the certified training to offer consumers what many have wanted for years: quality choices in what services they receive, and options in how they can pay for them. For sellers you don't have to:</p>
<ul>
<li><em>"Go it alone" </em>by paying marketing companies for their "sign &amp; website package" only to have your home either ignored by serious and well-qualifed buyers, or have them bring their own professional negotiators - who you'll usually end up paying.</li>
<li><em>"Go it alone"</em> in becoming an unrepresented seller in our MLS&reg; System of professional negotiators,</li>
<li>Hire a discount Broker and Agent that offers you discount service,</li>

<p>having to take the other option,</p>

<li>Pay one generally accepted "fee schedule" for greatly varying service packages and experience levels of your Agents.</li>

<li>And, since over 2 out of every 3 of homebuyers never make it to the closing table, each successful home sale pays for all those that didn't (the successful homebuyer pays more than their share).</li>
