I've learned soooo much from their experience and insights, and am overwhelmed by their willingness to share it! And the other participants in the Exchange have been amazing as well! They epitomize the "whole is greater than the sum of its parts" theory...we learn and grow through the sharing of ideas, concerns & challenges, solutions offered, etc., and are truly an amazing group of people.
